Support for Clubs – joining Whitewater Ontario connects you to a vibrant community while supporting river access, safety, and conservation across the province.

Training and Instruction – in partnership with Canoe Kayak Canada and other provincial associations, Whitewater Ontario delivers instruction and leadership development – including river leader training, instructor courses, and skill-building clinics.

River Access and Conservation Advocacy – we fight for your right to paddle. Whitewater Ontario advocates for public access, supports local river-stewardship groups, and shares essential information on conservation issues affecting paddlers.

Competition and Event Support – Whitewater Ontario helps launch new events and keeps existing ones thriving through seed funding, insurance and logistical guidance.

Athlete Development – for competitive paddlers, Whitewater Ontario allocates provincial and federal grant funding for coaching, training opportunities, and high-performance development.

Annual Membership Rates

Membership runs from January 1 – December 31 each year.

  • Individual Adult Membership: $36
  • Individual Junior Membership (under 18): $20
  • Additional Family Member: $17
