As an event organizer or club organizer, you will want to ensure your paperwork is in place a 2-4 weeks prior to the event. See the attached documents for requesting Sanctioning and Insurance Coverage.
Note that River Sanctioning requires a club or event organizer to list the rivers you expect to paddle on in Canada. WO Insurance does not cover river events or river runs in USA or Out of Country, so therefore we do not sanction these under our standard policy.
